The Waking up of an Unplugged Mind is a performance piece about a character and its creator; it is about their power relation and how it unfolded in space. The two communicate through various technological devises, which eventually destroy the character. It was presented at the Hatch gallery in London and involved sound modulators devises, light projections, audience participation and non verbal communication between the two performers. To devise the piece we used diverse cultural references such as the Pataphysics by Alfred Jarry, la Commedia dell'Arte Italiana and Butoh masters such as Tatsumi Hijikata and Kazuo Ohno.
